When the initial plans where submitted the foundations would have been for a 2 story building.
If the plans for the foundation submitted where for a much taller building then that should have raised a red flag as to why are the foundations stronger than needed for a 2 story building.

In the photo it looks hideous to me. But beauty is said to be in the eye of the beholder. It seems that MP’s are a shifty lot keen to back each other and to make a quick buck.
Having helped to ruin the Paphos coastline including the lovely Sea Caves area, developers eyes are now turning to Latchi and the rest of that hithto less developed area.
It is a shame. They would also like to get their bull dozers working around the Akamas coast.
In 20 years time at the present rate the coastline of Cyprus will be under a sea of concrete, thats apart from the areas protected by the SBA’s.

Must agree with Hudswell, a Blott on the landscape. We were in Latchi on Saturday and I was surprised that something so ugly has been allowed to be built.

Disgraceful how these hideous buildings get planning permission but it’s all about brown envelopes and increasing ones offshore coffers.........
Latchi has changed beyond recognition in the last 20 years........
