We are. And yes I think SCC are rubbish, but it's what happens if people vote for the same council year in year out without any thought for their actual track record.

I remember voting in local elections in Camberley. I was asked who I voted for and explained I voted for the LibDem candidate. When asked why I answered "Because she's the best looking"

Dominic, I'm assuming that your SCC is Surrey County Council and not Surrey Cricket Club, who in my opinion have a better track record than the Council!

The Surrey Conga Club have a better track record than the council, and they don't even exist!
