If you do call out a company/person to 'break-in' to your house/apartment see if they ask you to provide credentials that it's your house/apartment.

I experience a neighbour who was overseas contacting me (his neighbour) telling me he was about to fly out but had lost the keys. I can't recall which company came out, but within 5 minutes the door was opened. I paid & no questions were asked!!
