Goodness me that are talking of actions being OK'd last September and October. But nothing being done.
One of the problems is the building and it's upkeep. If you have been there you only have to look at the floor.. Has anyone seen the public area floors being cleaned ??
The other day I was in the consultant waiting area. A cleaner came to clean the toilets. The doors open out and have self closing springs on them. On the back of the door is a form in a large plastic envelope, and the cleaner took it out and (I assume) signed it against a particular time slot..
Then with just one hand (the other held the door open) she whisked a mop around the floor.....
That was it, the toilet and the washbasin got no attention at all
