Psycho Magpies

I don’t suppose anyone has the answer on how to get rid of two psycho, manic magpies around my property, dive bombing, terrorising and attacking the local cats and scaring off all the lovely small birds which have all but disappeared now?! Not to mention the racket they make all day long!
