Interesting and lovely video from Germany where from 2022 all atomic power stations are closing down and therefore is a need for changing things we are used to. The point is: Power change must begin at the grassroots level.... It would be also a solution for Cyprus too, as we have too much Sun for growing things outdoors.. would save a lot of water as well.

Yes Jim, there are so many flat areas in the Nicosia district with decent soil which are not used for anything. So if you could combine producing electricity and farming products on the same land the ROI would be much more interesting than with only a single PV plant which get's at the moment only 8.3 cent/kWh from EAC. With much lower soil temperature different plants will grow with much less water consumption....
