I was an avid listener. Although only to Radio Caroline South as I was too far away to get Radio Caroline North. I also listened to Radio London, Radio City, Radio England, and Radio Britain. They were all ships as I recall except for Radio City which broadcast from a Napoleonic fort. When Radio 1 started they got all their DJs from the pirates. Happy days.
