But I don't think the red circle and the road name are where Debenhams had their store.

Is the building in the photograph not the Leptos HQ ? which was straight across the road from Debenhams.

That picture is still the Leptos office unless they have moved away.

The only casino that is/will be allowed in Paphos district is the satellite one being established by the consortium that won the major casino licence in Limassol. All other casinos are illegal. I don't think the Leptos building is anywhere like the size they require (I think they would want 10 times this at least) and expect it to be a new build over towards the airport somewhere. So pinches of salt are in order I think.

Do the slot machines take sixpenny pieces like the old one-armed bandits? I've got loads of them ...............in the Bank, not at home.

Near the triangle and just down the short side street to a nice beach by the 'Rib Shack' is a large (and seemingly) undeveloped plot, with it's own coastal stretch.

It sits between the Olympic Beach Resort, and the Louis Imperial Beach Hotel. Ideal spot for a nice late night Casino establishment, offering decent food and drinks. By day, it could be an attractive beach-focused attraction for locals, expats, and tourists?

Sunbeds and parasols. Water sports, like wind surfing, yachting, scuba diving and so on? Plus the available drinks and snacks, of course! And passing taxis and buses...

I reckon a more central location for such an enterprise would pull in many more punters than something new built out near PFO, or next door to Cap St George! I rest my case...

They need a proper licenced Casino for adults, NOT a penny arcade as found in Southend years ago!

Cheers- AL :)
