MIX BISCUITS IN MELTED BUTTER. LINE DISH PLATE. WHISK LEMON JUICE, CONDENSED MILK, LEMON RIND TOGETHER UNTIL LIKE WHIPPED CREAM. ADD CREAM AND WHISK LIGHTLY. POUR OVER BISCUIT BASE. SET IN FRIDGE. GRATE CHOCOLATE ON TOP
