Help - I've shrunk my screen

Post by Firefly »

Don't know if anyone can help me sort out my Lenovo please. In the middle of writing an email, I have obviously hit a wrong key somewhere, my screen has shrunk to appox. 2/3 thirds of it's size. I don't want to mess about with the keyboard, as I'll probably make matters worse

You will probably know that I'm not much use with technical matters, so please can someone advise me as to how to restore my screen to it's normal size ?

Thanks

Jackie

Brian

Thanks for the link, followed instructions, but the boxes don't appear to be the same on my computer, so couldn't complete.

Does it make any difference if you hold the Ctrl button down and move the scroll wheel on the mouse

What do you mean when you say the screen has shrunk? Have you got a big margin round the edge, or is the text smaller?

Thanks for the replies.

Trevor, no it doesn't.

Screen is central with large white edge on both sides. Writing is a lot smaller than before. Can't see how I have hit a wrong key, and can't find out what I've done wrong :o

Hold down the Ctrl and then tap on the + key. It works for me to enlarge anything if you hold Ctrl and press - it goes smaller. Good luck.
