EasyJet flight problem

Post by MacManiac »

Our daughter booked an EasyJet flight months ago to fly from Gatwick to Paphos on holiday at the beginning of April. It was meant to arrive in the early afternoon. Some weeks ago she was informed it would arrive at nine o’clock in the evening. And this weekend she has been informed it will arrive at one o’clock in the morning. She has booked accommodation here and arranged time off work, so the dates cannot change.

What, if any, are her options? If there was an early morning flight on the same day, for example, could she transfer without penalty? Any advice welcome.

I believe if EJ change the flight time by 5+ hours then you have various options. Accept the change, ask to be moved to another flight at no extra charge, ask for a refund or voucher. If your daughter has already accepted the change then it’s possibly too late for the other options
