Chair Yoga

Hi All

Decided I want to try this Chair Yoga for Weight Loss , but every site for the 30 Day Free Work out wants Credit Cards .

By any chance do any of you guys have the APP which is free with the course directions and exercises , or a link on Youtube .

Have a look at 'Yes to Next' on YouTube. It is free and takes you through many excercises in a user friendly way.
