Holiday Insurance for over 70's

Can anyone recommend, from personal experience, insurance companies who provide medical and travel insurance for the over 70's visiting the USA and the Caribbean. We are having problems due to former medical conditions and being residents in Cyprus.

We always use Atlantic, we are in our 60s thou, couple of times we made a claim, one medical and once damaged luggage they paid up promptly.
