M and S purchase.

Post by ast »

If I made a purchase in the Paphos Kings avenue mall M and S store took it to the UK and it was not appropriate, could it be returned to a UK M and S for refund or exchange.

My thoughts are no as it is some sort of licenced franchise and you can't but maybe someone knows otherwise, any feedback would be good before I head down there. 8-)
I started off with nothing and have most of it left !

I know the larnaca and Nicosia are two different franchise holders, and they will not change items from each others stores, and that's why I'm sure you won't have any joy back in the UK

Agree, M&S have a very strict stock control within each branch. In the past it seemed easier to change an item, I guess its probably down to having a computerised stock control system where each item must be accounted for.
When I was in the UK, I was unable to change a sweater bought in one branch, in a different branch in another town.
