Lemongrass is easy to grow from some fresh stalks you buy in the supermarket. Ca 1 week in a glass with water (1/3 full) near a window, not too much sun, and you will see roots growing. Change water every few days. When roots are big enough you can transfer one or two in a flower pot with soil and keep them moist.
