Information for those who didnt know this.
On Martin Lewis show, he said if abroad you withdraw cash from a cash machine using a UK bank card if it asks do you want them to do the exchange Yes or No, always press No.
Also, if again you are using a UK bank card to pay for goods at a shop, if it asks do you you want to pay in Sterling or Euros, always click Euros.
