Problem mail

My daughter posted my birthday/Xmas card on 2/12.Arrived Larnaca on15/12.When she tried to track it ,this was the result.
15/12 arrived Larnaca
15/12 Hold item at office of exchange
Reason:insufficient/incomplete/incorrect documentation.
Measure: item held for inspection.
16/12 send item to domestic location(inb) incomplete declaration.
Mail category A. Larnaca o/e air 6911
Could anyone please advise me what I should do next ?
I live in Chlorakas
