PV net metering arrangement cut off

I am new to this forum and newish to PV solar (May 2022 installation) – I cant see anything on the following topic – but if there is something somewhere, do let me know .

I am looking for some help about the net metering arrangement cut off next spring (EAC doesn’t appear to get what I want or why)
My questions are about the cut off in Feb / March / Apr under the new system for cut off for net metering arrangements (ability to carry forward for 1 period?)

1st question is – when is the cut off? – my bills will be 7 Feb and 7 April.

2nd question – how does cut off now work? Perhaps easier to get those who know here to comment on the following example and to give me their views as to how many credits to carry forward at the end of each billing period..
Lets say my bills are as follows

Period to 7 Feb
Credit units brought forward, 1241
Import units used in period to 7 Feb, 881
Export units, 373
How many units to carry forward?

Period to 7 April
Credit units brought forward ?
Import units in period in period to 7 April, 652
Export units, 720
How many units to carry forward?

Period to 7 June
Credit units brought forward ?
Import units in period in period to 7 April, 392
Export units, 1218
How many units to carry forward?

I can answer question 1. and that may make the other questions redundant.
There is no cut off now
