Ayia Napa has a lot of hidden charms, far removed from its reputation as a Party Destination. One such treasure is the ancient aquaduct which was constructed to provide water to the old Monastery that lies in the heart of the town. It is worth tracking down as it is a lot more interesting than it first sounds.

Re: Ayia Napa Aquaduct
Great blog Dominic.....very interesting, thank you. I love stuff like this.
Lovely to see that there's still interesting historical places to visit amongst the bars/nightclubs, and you can walk along the aquaduct which is even better.
Must visit when my son is over next month.
