What I find most shocking about this as that a Police Officer was forced to leave the scene because of threats, yet nothing has since been done.

I was absolutely amazed at that as well Dominic. I could understand if the Police Officer was overwhelmed at the time, but it seems nothing has been done since. I am amazed that the offending 'Switch' has not just been removed.

Sounds like the theft of petroleum products in Mexico or Nigeria, where tapping pipelines is a national hobby.
