Why aren't there mass protests in the streets of UK against the Government's stance? Or are the population generally in favour of it?
The latest opinion polls show the Tories are almost level with Labour again.
Perhaps many are fighting the cost of living battle but being involved as a volunteer in my local community I can assure you that many are still showing their generosity in supporting folks in Ukraine. Regarding the governments response as to little to late “act in haste, repent at leisure” is also true
I hope like the most of the world a resolve is quickly found before the next conflict comes along

You missed out the Tory Party, they're still taking donations from Russia.
Do you have the details of this?
I've been trying to add a link without success for some reason.
If you Google Russian donations to Tory Party you will see certain Tory members were still receiving donations seven days ago.
There are some very good exposes on YouTube which ask a lot of searching questions about donations to the the Tory Party from certain Russian Oligarchs or watching the "Great Hack" on Netflix by Carole Cadwalder an investigative journalist may surprise you.
