B12 vitamins

Hi Guys... I’m looking for your help again..What would I do without you! I am looking to buy some B12 vitamins..any ideas , have tried Holland & Barrett. Thanks..

They usually have them. You can definitely get nutritional yeast in there which is full of B12! Depends if you like it! Its like marmite, love it or hate it.

I find Holland & Barrett supplements disagree with me so tend to checkout a few pharmacies as they supply a range of different supplements depending on their Cyprus supplier. Usually find the staff are very informative about each item which helps as most of the instructions are in Greek.
Alternatively many people order on-line from overseas.
