I had the same experience a few months ago, we needed to replace the upright freezer but they were all E ratings so I went online to another shop where they had recognized brands that were A ratings only to discover on the paper work that they were E ratings as well. I just put it down to the fact that freezers were energy inefficient and didn’t question it. Thank you for the info
