Pharmacy,Covid test?

Ive just been told that you can waltz into any pharmacy and get a covid test with a certificate for a tenner.Can anyone elaborate on this, or even done it? :?

I bought one at Konia Pharmacy, the type you have not to stick it far up your nose when testing, for 10 Euro. Have no idea about certificate though.
