MOT

Hi all,
could anyone tell me if a car fails it's MOT here in Cyprus, how long are you legally able to drive it around and get the work done.

I phoned the MOT station I use opposite Lidl on Polis road..

I have found the MOT station I use to be very fair. They are not a garage and so do not do repairs..
Usually if they do find a problem they call you into the inspection area and show you the problem..
Last Time I was there they failed the car because of a ball joint and another joint. I got them fixed within a few days and then just paid a small amount for a retest ..

I use the same MOT station on the Polis Rd. I like them and feel they do a thorough test. On one occasion they called me over to say that there was a fault with the front suspension. But they still passed the car. They told me to get the problem fixed and even put a dab of red paint on the offending joint. To help the garage they said. I got a good mechanic who runs his own garage to fix it. Which he did and also fixed my hand brake as well!
