Vaccination appointments for citizens over the age of 83 as of 3 February

The National Vaccination Plan for COVID-19 implementation continues with more appointments as of tomorrow 3 February 2021, at 9 am. Access to the Vaccination Portal will be granted to people over the age of 83, who have not arranged an appointment the previous weeks or have not received the vaccine yet. The appointments relate to the period from 8 to 15 February....

I have done so, and have my name in a book along with what looked like hundreds if not thousands of others.
Assuming all GP's are making lists of patients for a vaccine, it would be interesting to know on here if anyone has been vaccinated via their GP sending them an appointment ??

Les Bean. Am I right in assuming you are in the UK when you talk of your wife having had her second Jab ?
I think the 'Paphos Life' initial post is referring to Cyprus..

Ah, thanks for that. It shows how different the vaccine 'roll out' is in different areas.. As you can see they are still calling people 83 and over for the first Jab here in the Paphos District.

The rollout of the vaccine does seem slow in the Paphos area, like Trev my name is also in my GP's book for a Covid jab. But I am slightly younger than him. The receptionist there told me I could expect to be called in. 2-3 weeks. I didn't expect that the over 80's would take so long...
