Good for him. Very sensible as he is over 70, a public figure meeting different people on a regular basis.
Concerning the cost of the Covid vaccines in Cyprus, I think that I read somewhere, that the Govt had decided to vaccinate most of the population and that they would be free.
As to the difference in prices of the various makes, The Oxford Vaccine, produced by the University and made by AstroZenica, early on it was announced that it had been decided that this vaccine should be produced in huge quantities to be distributed to poorer countries, as well as UK and Europe and was not for profit.
Whereas the other vaccine makers are free to set their own prices.
Before a certain pedant starts asking for sources, can anyone else please confirm what I think?
