Apologies if this has been asked before. Our local coffee shop tells us that the new measures will come into effect on Tuesday 1 December, and one of the tavernas we go to are also opening up on Tuesday. According to the Cyprus Mail (article dated 27 Nov) apparently the health minister clarified on Friday that the new restrictions will come into effect from 1am on Monday morning, not Tuesday December 1st as originally stated.
Has anyone got up to date info on this?

I have just read that it is from 0100 am on Tuesday 1st so Monday we will still be in the old rules.

Popped in to our usual coffee shop this morning and the owner advised us that the new measures will be in place tomorrow (Monday)
