If the OIC of the case had listened to the evidence that was there for all to see, would Mr. Sutcliffe have murdered so many women?
Sutcliffe was interviewed 9 times before his eventual arrest in Sheffield.
Also his car was seen 66 times in the red light districts but the OIC failed to act on this and some detailed identification that fitted Sutcliffe from women victims.

Also he (George Oldfield) was responsible for downgrading the murders of the women who were prostitutes if favour of so called innocent women victims.

There was alot of mistakes made, did you know that Wearside Jack was caught years later by using DNA, not available at the time of the crimes
