.... as from Sunday morning we will have summertime.... the position of the sunrise already moved from Southeast towards East.

It was my understanding that The European Parliament voted to scrap daylight saving time from 2021, not from this year.. And even then I believe it is up to each individual country to decide themselves

Perhaps your device had a time setting for Turkey which has already changed.
