What has Cyprus in common with Rome?

A mountain of rubbish.

The difference is that Rome has found a way to handle it, by sending it by train to Austria, where it is used to generate electricity.

Cyprus just uses it to make polluting and stinking landfills, despite appeals for more than a decade to generate electricity from it.
