I have had similar problems. What I do is if there is an alternative channel (HD or normal) then I try that otherwise I give in. Don't forget that there have been mega problems with hackers over the last couple of days.

Nothing to do with hackers this, try going into "settings" and then into "advanced settings" then increase the "buffer" to maybe "5" if this fails then try a reboot, power on then off, if no luck involve your service provider, hopefully, you chose a local provider then they should come to you and sort this annoying problem out.
