Ayios Georgios Monastery, Near Koili

Koili is a little village nestled on top of the hills above Paphos. It is surrounded by beautiful countryside which we love to explore. While researching the area we stumbled upon these ruins of an old monastery.

Very impressive, thank you Dominic for the nice photos. I did some research but could not find anything about this monastery. Obviously forgotten....
Many times when you visit so called Monasteries you find only a few piles of stone, which is not in this case. It could be from the 13th century?
