The Queens Gambit

Post by Mrblobby »

I recommend this new series , just finished watching it . It has some low points but over all really good .

Some great music in it also , listen out for Peter Noone’s version of End of the World ..

If you see someone looking at the ceiling , they might be playing chess . ;)

While the visual quality of what we are receiving is low, we have been re-exploring, "Last of the Summer Wine" on DVDs. Fantastic!

I really enjoyed reading (and some years later, re-reading) the book. It made it to the "keep" bookcase.
I will now have to make time to watch the series ...

I have only just seen this brilliant series.
Quite a lot of Eric Satie piano pieces also, if your not sure what that is, here's a sample
