hi Trev,
Yes, on reading the article given as reference, The limit of groups of 10 people meeting applies until 24th June. So I think that must include restaurants as well.

I know a restaurant that we like and use, has declared today that they will not be opening until September. They are however continuing to do Takeaway ... This is the Paradise Restaurant in Chloraka ..

Probably because space there is limited for social distancing....
i wonder if 'Tweedies' in Kissonerga will be also unable to open for the same reason?

Re social distancing... I went last week to Sports Direct and whilst waiting to go in say a notice on the door.. They are limited to a certain number of people inside... i forget the exact number, but it was Over 100... Amazing !!!!!

Will the gyms operate as usual? How do you keep a distance e. g. in the changeroom/shower area?
Re: Coronavirus: swimming pools, malls, gyms to reopen, crossings not discussed
It is indeed a large store with many many narrow alleyways between all their stock. This is especially so on the ground floor making your way to the cash desk .

Yes, Sports Direct tends to cram stock in on the ground floor. It would be wise to plan a visit there to times in the day when they are unlikely to be busy and to avoid Saturdays..

I think technically one of them would be a Mezzanine.

Which floor would you class as mezzanine?
Re: Coronavirus: swimming pools, malls, gyms to reopen, crossings not discussed
The little one. I may be wrong, I thought there was a smaller level up top for women's shoes. I always head downstairs.
I didn't even know mezzanine was a thing until I worked at Canary Wharf while they were building it. I had to go to a site office on the mezzanine level and had no idea what they meant.
What a sheltered, mezzanine-free life I had led until then.

Thats strange, as the mezzanine floor in Alpha Mega can only be accessed by the staff and not by customers.Happy in Cyprus wrote: ↑Fri Jun 05, 2020 3:36 am
Can't remember, only ever been there once.
A mezzanine would count as a floor if it is additional floor space frequented by customers.
All things are possible

I understood completely your simple statement which have so kindly repeated "Frequented by Customers" Well as I stated Customers are NOT permitted. So this makes your statement a load of rubbish as per usual.Happy in Cyprus wrote: ↑Sat Jun 06, 2020 1:42 am
Once again you demonstrate an inability to understand what you are reading, or to write what you mean to say. Re-read my previous post:
