I had one a while back but it didn't say how much I was owed.
I filled it in saying my name was Jesus Christ from Bethlehem and the reply came straight back saying "Yes, Jesus Christ, you are entitled to a £567.88 refund - just give us your bank details"

Never reply to them, unless you use a dispoable email address. Any replies will go on to a "mug punters" database and you will just get even more spam.
This is also why the "Unsubscribe" option should only be used when you have actually subscribed to something.

Interesting as in the past few days I have been using the Government Gateway service provided by the UK to update a few details - they didn't ask me for credit card details but certainly went through quite a few security checks before I could access the relevant section.
