Kennel or hutch wanted please, to keep an outside feral cat warm & dry over winter on the covered patio. She has lived in my garden since May and now stays mostly on the patio this weather and wants to come in but I have a house cat and it will be too complicated if one wants to go out and the other has to stay in. Apart from that they don’t get on!
Here she is, I’ve called her Lexie

We use boxes from Lidl plus some old blankets and towels for the feral cats in our street

Hi Aphrodite,
We too look after 4 feral cats, so for the bad weather we
also decided on a kennel.
Jumbo have decent sized kennels at reasonable prices.
We almost bought one, but eventually we found a large dog kennel
at a second hand furniture shop going through Chlorakas.

Thank you all for your replies and suggestions. Poor Lexie got soaking wet during the storms, as did I trying to find a dry spot for her. I had no idea my patio roof was so 'leaky'. She’s none the worse today and is dry and fed. I will do the rounds of charity shops and if no luck check Jumbos (thank you memory man), I’ll find something for her.
