SafePass for kids
We have just completed our FlightPass and have noticed on the kids that it states safepass is only valid for 1 week - does anyone know what we have to do after this time? Will we have to get them tested while we are in Cyprus? and if so how long does the test last from a safe pass point of view? Tha...

Re: Antigen Rapid Test
Thanks foe the reply - feels like a PCR will be the best option given the time restrictions. Were only coming for 5 days as well!

Antigen Rapid Test
Morning I'm hoping someone can provide some clarity. On departure from the UK to Cyprus we need to have a PCR test taken within 72 hours or a antigen rapid test within 24 hours. Will a lateral flow test be sufficent for the antigen rapid test? Any advice or experience would be greatly appreciated. C...

Re: New restrictive measures against Covid-19 as of 29 November
Morning I'm hoping someone can help us! We are due out on 22nd December for 7 days. All adults will have had their booster jabs in the UK but we have 2 boys aged 8 & 7 - where do we stand with them? The haven't had the virus or any sort of vaccination. If we get a PCR test done the day before we...

New Kitchen
Hi
Does anyone have any recent experience of having a new kitchen fitted?
Average size kitchen, keeping appliances so just supply and fit the units etc?
Interested in recommendations and a rough idea on price?
Cheers

Re: Ryanair, Paphos to Liverpool flight 4th July,
The Luton schedule doesn't start now until the 17th if you try and book - but like you Princeebytor it's allowing us to check-in etc. Annoying as they have done this before and we know they will notify us at some point that the flight is cancelled!

Re: Ryanair, Paphos to Liverpool flight 4th July,
It's all getting a bit silly now! I've defended EJ right the way through the pandemic as none of this is their fault, and we need the airlines to keep running for our long term benefit. But no flights now available until the 17th July - although when I've contacted them they have stated that the fli...

Re: Easy jet
I thought BA only flew in to Paphos once a week but having looked at dates in July its looks like a daily service?
Our flight from Luton on the 10th has just been cancelled...very frustrating!

Re: From Tala Monastery to St George's Church
Superb Dominic - thanks so much for these videos.
I'm sure like us there are a lot of people in the UK getting great enjoyment and comfort from these videos. This one goes right past our place in Kissonerga...fingers crossed for a 360 version!
Cheers

Re: Universal Blues
Correct Memory Man - the land was owned by Universal Life. We purchased our first Cyprus property in 2002 from Pafilia on Universal. At that point it was still mainly fields with just the odd development...very different to today. And thanks to Dominic we've just smiled as he drove past the old plac...

Re: Anyone else due out for Christmas/New Year?
Thanks Everyone
It's a tough one for us and some of the information available is still a little vague.
We managed to get out in October but if we don't come for New Year our next trip is February (half term)...and the way things are even that this in doubt!

Anyone else due out for Christmas/New Year?
We are due to fly out on Boxing day for 7 nights as a family of 5. With the new restrictions that have been implemented we are unsure what to do. Do we still come and just spend time at the house and in the garden etc or do we look to book a hotel that may have a few facilities available? Or do we j...

Pool Heating

We have been given a quote by the firm that look after our pool but any recommendations plus an idea of costs would be great. The quote we have is for a...

We have used The Pool People based in Peyia for years and would highly recommend.
Looked after a large communal pool when we were on Universal and now look after our pool in Kissonerga.

Re: Water Tanks
Thanks everyone...
Yep, like the photo above. The cold tank is the plastic type but looks tired, as does the piping etc.
It is a holiday home so I may wait...no point spending if we don't need to!
