we got a phone call from a building society re: a letter posted July 2015 regarding action on said account! the customer service never noticed the date until we got our files out and told him when the letter was sent! we had made a note of no reply, then forgot about it ourselves!

don't do what we did. put the mall in the sat nav and ended up at another mall somewhere. a cypriot told us to put in the cyprus mall. we got there eventually.

we did everything ourselves. 8 years ago. i believe the whole system is easier now. our first visit to immigration was just to make an appointment although we didn't know that at the time. you will need your passports at that time. i seem to remember they needed bells and whistles, proof of income, ...
