Over here in the east at Deryneia our local weather station recorded 113.03mm between the 9 and 15 Dec inclusive. Pleased to see our local lake in Paralimni has water in again and the flooded fields up the road are a mecca for little Egrets no doubt filling up on frogs.

The issue of ID cards to non Cypriots was stopped as people tried to use them instead of carrying a passport for overseas travel.
Mine is date expired and yet I still carry and show it as proof of ID when asked.

From what i can see the rate today on XE at 1.1988 is the highest sterling/euro rate since 3 Sep 2016.
I have amended the rate as I originally wrote 1.988 - wally!

On the basis that some always disagree with the democratic process in the UK because a democratically run general election took place but does not suit their political ideology then yes.

It has the feeling of a publicity stunt using the poor kid. I simply can't believe that even if no bed was available why a few chairs could not have been pushed together to make him more comfortable.

My wife receives a Cypriot Pension for the years she worked here and hers is taxed at source.
We also have the S1 form/ letter as above for our UK state pensions.
