Around 8 months ago my wife was given a prescription by the Fiti Village doctor for a new Diabetic meter.
The Fiti pharmacist didn't have them so my wife got her prescribed one from the General Hospital complete with glucose strips..

But there did not seem to be this general lack of availability Last Month, when items were 50 cents from the General Pharmacy

I have seen speed traps on the Motorway, but I have also seen them in various places around the Paphos area, as well

Tsadaken.. There is a maximum that you would pay for medications under the new Gesy system..
I don't know your age group but for pensioners I believe it is €75.. I believe that absolute maximum a patient can pay in a year is €150.

Well it was under the old system ie the Medical card. Which is still valid until the end of August..

But one has to assume you are on more than the average number of panels, ie more than a 3kw system

I am certainly happy that we installed PV panels on our roof. We are producing around 18 to 19kwh on a clear day

As I understand it, prescriptions are still available at the General pharmacy for the time being, unless someone else knows different? Prescriptions are still available if you still use the old system with your medical card.. I got some diabetic strips there last Wednesday. But, as far as I know if...

That is a very sad tale Ken, especially as my wife is diabetic and relies on the testing strip every day..
Fortunately she has just got some from the general Pharmacy, I hope things are sorted a little better by the time she needs some more..

Oil prices have come Down in recent weeks hence the drop in Petrol and Diesel fuel prices..

We did provide our most recent address when we asked for New S1 forms to be sent...

I understand that it is the choice of the pharmacy as to whether to join the Gesy system, or not.. Hopefully in time all of them will join up.. I have also read that some Phamacies have a sign showing they are members of the system.. It interests me as to how the consultants at the General Hospital ...
