Since a private company took over the emptying of our bins, they are slowly being destroyed. Some are so badly damaged I wonder how they manage to empty them. We live in Chloraka. Is it the same where you live?

Lloyd it went down as the owners just refused to pay the bills. In the end court orders were taken out. The guilty parties tried to leave the Island but were caught at the airport with cases full of cash. My memory is not what it used to be and I hope that I have got the correct info here.
