I think you need to apply for a TIC from the tax office. Either go down to the office and get one or you can download an application form from the website. I think they are open now and so you will probably be given one straight away.

If you mean that you can get the form on the screen but can't enter any information then I think you need to go into submit and you should be able to continue where you left off.

I don't know what an A1 is but if you have a white medical card enter the start and end dates on that. Seems to work.

My cleaner got her PD to make an appointment for a vaccination for her and was given a confirmation slip which said vaccination at Paphos General Hospital B.

Does anyone know what the 'B' refers to?
