I don't think he has physically blocked a third vote but has said you cannot vote on essentially the same thing again (and again) unless it has fundamentally changed! Whether he has some sort of "agenda" is open for debate but as far as I can see his judgement is logical and makes sense ……...

I can as a matter of fact but when we leave the EU we will be trading with 1 partner, not 27, and a partner that needs us as much as we need them but then that fact seems to escape you?
