I think it was also referred to sometimes as Mr Chicken Road as there was a takeaway just up from the lights called Mr Chicken. Its gone now.

When I was staying opposite Pambis at the end of April there was someone hiring these scooters out from the front of the old kiosk. There were youngsters going up and down the road then. Dangerous.

I agree they are very peaceful. I do like to wander around Cypriot graveyards as they are so ornate.

Thanks for that film. I like Universal area. I stay there when I come to Paphos. It is very different from when I first drove through it in 2001. Alot more buildings have gone up in the last few years with very different architecture.
