Re: Bad Cat Restaurant for sale ??

Ok people, someone give us a clue about where it is and so much fuss of a closure! If your heading out of Paphos towards Coral bay on the coast road you pass the Harmony restaurant on the right and the Atlantica hotel on the left then its a few hundred yards further on the right hand side. It was n...

Re: Gardner wanted

We use Peter Backhouse (Paphos gardeners 99137874), they run a good reliable service and clean up very well. We don't have them weekly just a couple or three times a year to cut bougainvillea lemon and orange trees etc, even if we are not in Cyprus I just text him and they do what is needed. Highly ...

Re: Mailbox Flyers

Used to have this problem so took the mailbox off the wall next to gate and now don't have a problem

We don't receive mail as all bills are e mailed or direct debit so I don't see the need for a box, the odd flyer gets thrown on the front step but very rare 8-)

Re: Where do you go for a "proper" cuppa?

Yes Bettys is good but is it the tea that is so good or the surroundings or perhaps the cakes that come with the tea, very picturesque in Harrogate maybe that sways the call somewhat. perhaps its the Yorkshire water !!!!!

Re: Where do you go for a "proper" cuppa?

I never enjoy a good old cuppa at our house in Chloraka, must be the water as it never tastes right, Coffee is fine but tea no thanks.

Other than "Tea for two" i personally struggle for a good cuppa tea in Paphos.

Weather / Food / Lifestyle thats the attraction for me, i guess that cover most things really ?, We dont live in Cyprus full time as we have ongoing business commitments in the UK but we have owned our house here for 14 yrs and spend as much time here as we can.
