Its small change €146 million to Turkey. Should have the testicles to enter full sanctions against them.

Re: Full traffic-cam system by 2022, mobile units online next year, minister says

Are they starting with putting them up near the new Marina @ Kissonegra to start with?

Wonder if this will be another fiasco like the last ones and they buy a system designed just for driving on the left and won't work the other way around?

Cynical and Cyprus do have a connected beginning

Liner @ Paphos Harbour

I spotted ( well could hardly miss it ) this Liner near the harbour and a small boat went out to meet it

Just wondering if a medical emergency or we will be having visitors

How on earth do passengers get ashore from cruise ships? Ferried by smaller boats ??

Re: gated communities in Paphos

The first link on the OP post will not open. It just goes to "Oops! That page can’t be found"

The only gated community I can think off in Paphos itself rather than those on the periphery is Queen''s Gardens next to the Mall on the TOTK road

Re: Paphos in the 60s.

Cyprus didn't pop up on my radar until the early 90's so I feel like the new kid on the block based on earlier comments

Hard to believe what Kennedy Square looked like especially

Think I will have a mooch through his video library. Should be interesting

They look great but with the strength of the Unions and the power of fakelaki ( φακελάκι ) your grandchildren's grandchildren will still be confronted by ancient old diesel Mercs spewing god knows what into the atmosphere upon arrival at PFO They may be excited, however, that more talks on the Papho...

Maybe it's a show of strength towards the Turks who are allegedly 60km to the West supposedly drilling in a disputed EEZ ??

That was Brilliant, I hope at some point I get to meet some goats, now and again I see them on the way down into Paphos but I would love to see some when not in the car, I love the bells around their necks making that dong sound....thanks for posting, it was really enjoyable. Re: New water fountain at the Karalina roundabout

Maybe one of the local Ex-Pats ought to have a word with Google to change the street names to Anglopaphosnian IMHO Apostolou Pavlou Avenue aka Λεωφόρος Αποστόλου Παύλου aka St. Paul's Avenue for the incline between the harbour and Kennedy Square merits the title of Coronary Climb when taken into acc...

Re: New water fountain at the Karalina roundabout

The names are usually only names used by the locals... Like Butcher Boy road.. or Mr Chicken street :-) Heart attack hill is another that comes to mind :-( Just to clarify that Heart Attack Hill is the one that runs parallel with Russian Road aka Mr Chicken Street and leads to Kneetrembler Alley ?
