Just up the hill from M&S Foodhall and opposite the old Post Office near where the young girl's birds keep getting stolen from !!

The only thing I can think of them using it for, bearing in mind where it is positioned on the Tea for Two side of the ToTK Rd ( on the route from Coral Bay /Peyia ) is that they may also route buses from the Karavelle through the back of Moutallos to end up on the ToTK Rd higher up and pick up pass...
