Re: Title deeds

I doubt that HIC was having a dig at you Ginahill as it is not in his nature to have a dig at someone who has suffered misfortune only when it gets to talk of BREXIT can he be seen to be blinkered!!! However I have to say that we are struggling at the moment as we need to make new wills in the UK b...

Re: Title deeds

With the information now widely available on forums like PL and formerly CL the issuance of Title Deeds is by and large not the issue it once was...though some will inevitably still be trapped in the system. Re: 2017 in pictures

Dominic I have enjoyed all your blogs throughout year as all have been informative & particularly interesting about outlying villages / features etc as I no longer have a car so can only travel within Paphos region on my own. Looking forward to Paphos Life 2018.

Re: My Cypriot December story... for Animal lovers (pics)

Thankyou for posting lovely photos -- roll on 2018 when I will be returning to Paphos & can lizard watch over my balcony -- sadly sometimes watching cats patiently waiting to catch them for dinner! (never seen a chameleon in our gardens though)

Re: Title deeds

Apologies don't know how to send members personal messages yet SO * Austin7 - yes the solicitor was executor of the will - I forgot to mention that our son & daughter had documents to sign stating they were willing to sign over 25% each share (according to Cypriot inheritance law) of their fathe...

Re: Title deeds

This is my individual experience of transfer of our apartment title deed into my sole name as recently as last week which hopefully will help others decide what to do as we advance in age. Probate has just been granted following the death of my husband in November 2014. The same Cypriot solicitor wh...
