I think your best option is to speak to a Pharmacist as these are not straightforward questions that have a simple YES/NO answer.

Re: Operations on Gesy and costs

I am seeing the same doctors and getting the same level of treatment with GESY as I did when I paid privately.
If anything the food as an inpatient has improved.

Similar situation I had two years ago - I had to go to Nicosia Immigration Office to get it corrected.
GESY then updated my records accordingly.

Re: Free rapid antigen tests to end soon?

Seems rather extreme as the government has relied heavily on the daily tests to get a better idea of the number and source of positive Covid cases and made decisions as a result.

A question of affordability too as tests can cost up to €20 each, although €10 is the norm.

Re: Taxisnet

Our accountant prepared the paperwork for 2020 tax year in January - quite often it is not entered onto the Taxisnet system until July and then we get a printout out of the submitted form by email for our records. Appreciate many people do it themselves but one job I am happy to leave to an expert.

Re: Vaccine

Why should people have to give a reason for not having the Covid Vaccination to other members of the public?

I just respect their decision and certainly don't think any better or worse of a person if their decision is different to mine.

Proof if ever it were needed of just how effective the vaccine is. Anti-vaxxers take note. Do you really think this would change their minds, Horse to water and all that. No, highly unlikely people will change their mind. If anything as the number of vaccinated people reaches the so called 'herd im...

Rather sad that no name has been chosen for the baby from a close relative of Meghan - the one person who has been dignified from the beginning is Meghan's mother, especially at the wedding.

Re: Health experts propose complete withdrawal of Astrazeneca from inoculation programme

Good to see the Cyprus health experts are updating their knowledge about the various vaccines which is helped by countries sharing their data. I agree there are risks with all types of medication, hence I still strongly recommend people discuss the situation with their Personal Doctor as that is the...
