Re: Fabrica Hill Aerial walkway
If I was a tourist coming out to Paphos for the first time . . . . . . I would be jumping at the chance to do this walk. In fact, having lived there for several years I would definitely want to do this walk. Why wouldn't you???

Re: New handheld devices for Paphos traffic wardens
It's all very well issuing tickets, but will it make any difference to the mindlessness of some who possibly don't care and/or don't pay anyway!? It was my bad that I didn't pay, I knew it was a pay car park but in my defense I have parked there 5 days a week for the last 12 years and never have pa...

Re: Kitchen Knives
WHL. A sharp knife is FAR far safer than a blunt one. A lot of peeps just don't get that! A sharp knife is like 'slicing through butter with a hot knife' as you know. But, trying to to cut through anything with a blunt knife is like when you put so much pressure on something to cut it . . . . . . An...

Maggie, I trust you never put your 'extremely precious' knives in the dishwasher :o NEVER ever, EVER. π THE morning I opened the dishwasher after 'Him indoors' had done the dishes and I found my beloved global vegetable knife in there. . . . . . . . . . . Was the morning he knew without any shadow ...

Re: Kitchen Knives
I would HIGHLY recommend Global knives. Scary on your pocket . . . . . . . . But, even scarier for the poor onions you are going to shave to within an inch of their lives!!π I love, absolutely love cooking. The Japanese knives are just SECOND TO NONE. I started out with a Cooks Knife, which was on o...

Re: How will Britain recover politically after Brexit?
This isn't about Brexit, more the aftermath. No matter what eventually transpires, there are huge fissures running through both the Tories and Labour. Yet what will be needed going forward is a firm and decisive hand. Where is that going to come from? I reckon from 'US' Dominic. . . . . . . Nobody ...

I have so so tried to absorb all of the above comments with an open mind.. . . . . .as that is where my mind has been for several months. However, I still see benefits for both sides' opinions! I have to say though. . . . . . .it looks to me like 'a deal' would be better than NO deal for us (the UK)...
